DP-2

Introduction:
    DP-2 is a  water disolved chemical synthesis lubricating and cooling fluid made up by various of surfactants,lubricants, antirust additive and other auxiliaries. It's easy for use with good self-sharpending,strong permeability, excellent cutting force and precipitability.  It will get better self-sharpening when used with diamond pill tablet to maintain the sharpness of the abrasive tools to ensure the higher producing efficency. No harm to skin,posionless with no smell, pollution-free to environment, non corroding to machine. It's way much better than triethanolamine.  It's a new ideal  lubricating and cooling fluid in the cutting and polishing process of crisp materials such as optical glasses,gem , agate and etc.

Usage:
    Use water to dilute and stir uniformly.  Because of different processing conditions,you can supplement the prouct with right proportion ensure the processing effect if there is any loss or run off in the process.

Storage conditions:
    Indoor storage in a cool, ventilated, dry place, prevent moisture and impurities interfusion.
Guanrantee period: 1 year under the condition of  0 - 40℃ .

Note:
    1. The storage process to prevent moisture and impurities into, or may lead to products metamorphism.
    2. Processing process should maintain concentration, otherwise may cause anti-rust property decline.
    3. In the course of processing, try to avoid mixed oil and impurities interfuse, recommends installation oil removing device.
    4. As far as possible will chip out of the cutting fluid besides, recommends installation filtration equipment and magnetic separation device.

Packing: 25 kg/barrel and 200 kg/drum
